Mit dem Patentecken Abstreifer werden gerundete Bleche und Ecken mit einer Abstreiflösung optimiert. Die speziell ausgeformte Geometrie der Abstreiferecken verhindert eine Überlappung der Abstreiferlippe und verbessert damit das Abstreifergebnis. Selbstschmierende/ hydrostatische Abstreifer Selbstschmierende Abstreifer bedienen sich eines innerhalb des Trägers gelagerten Reservoirs (Kapillarwirkung) und versorgen den Abstreifer direkt mit Schmierstoffen. Die Standzeiten und Laufleistungen der Abstreifer können erheblich verbessert werden. EITEC bietet viele unterschiedliche Lösungen und Systeme der Selbstschmierung. Insbesondere im Bereich von Minimalmengenschmierung (MMS) und beim Trockenlauf bewähren sich die selbstschmierende Systeme für lange Lebensdauer der Führungsbahnen. Bei hydrostatischen Abstreifern arbeiten wir mit abgedichteten Abstreifern, die mit Über- oder Unterdruck (hydrostatischer Druck) beispielweise innerhalb der Linearführungswagen ausgerüstet sind. Hierbei sind insbesondere sehr dichte und geschlossene Abstreifer wichtig und notwendig. Dies erfordert besondere Konstruktionen. Aufgrund der mehr als 20 Jahre langen Erfahrung im Bereich der Abstreifer kann EITEC dieses leisten. Self-lubricating/Hydrostatic wipers Self-lubricating wipers are supplied from reservoirs stored inside the carrier plate and directly provide the wiper with lubricant (by the capillary effect). The working lifetime and performance of the wipers can be improved considerably. EITEC provides a number of different self-lubricating solutions and systems. Particularly in the area of minimum quantity lubrication and when dry running, our self-lubricating systems prove their value in providing a long service life for slideways. Hydrostatic wipers work with sealed wipers that are fitted with excess pressure or low pressure (hydrostatic pressure), for example inside the linear slideway wagon. It is important and necessary that the wipers be particularly well tight and leak-proof for this purpose, and this requires specialised designs.
